Terms of Service

By accessing or using Swepety AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Swepety builds and operates AI-powered automations for B2B companies. The Service includes ingestion of business documents from email, PDF, Excel/CSV, and text; AI extraction of their data; matching of products and records against your catalog or systems; flagging of uncertain lines; and preparation of quotations, orders, and records for your approval.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current information during registration.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written consent.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws, including having the right to process the purchase-order documents and buyer contact details you submit.

Service fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed at sign-up. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We may change fees with 30 days’ notice.

Late payments may result in suspension of access to the Service until outstanding amounts are paid in full.

The Service, including its software, AI models, branding, and documentation, is owned by Swepety AI and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription term.

You retain all rights to your order data and source documents. You grant us a license to process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swepety AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you materially breach these terms. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days before permanent deletion.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
