Your data is used to train and improve our AI models solely within your isolated workspace. We do not use your lead data to train models for other customers.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., cloud infrastructure, message delivery services), under strict data processing agreements.

We retain your lead data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Conversation logs may be retained for up to 90 days after account closure for compliance purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, row-level database isolation per workspace, and signature-verified webhook endpoints. Our infrastructure is hosted on AWS with SOC 2 compliant data centers.
